I bought this book as I was accepted at the Ecole Superieure d' Agriculture in Angers to study a MSc in Food Identity starting his summer (2015). French culture is familiar to me and this book (im half way) has brought many issues about french famous social movements forward. Agriculture is one BIG topic and is becoming more and more important in all discussion tables. How does food relates to a country's economy? What are the actors making agriculture such a big issue around tHe world? I was formerly a chef and look forward to study topics related to the importance of solidarity in the global world hungry for food, quality and variety and the actors participating in such directing xhanges for better (This book+program)
